How to Use Grow Big

Supplemental Foliar Feeding

  • Use one tablespoon (15 mL) per gallon (4 L) of water only once a week during the early stage of plant growth.
  • Don’t apply when your plant is directly hit by sunlight.

Seedlings and Transplanting

  • Use one tablespoon (15 mL) of water per gallon (4L) in every other watering.

How to Use Tiger Bloom


In using Tiger bloom, you have to raise the pH levels between 5.8 and 6.3 to optimize nutrient accessibility. Try to adjust the pH as needed. For hydroponic system usage, use a ppm (parts per million) or a conductivity meter to observe quality and to control the nutrient’s strength.

On the other hand, you stop feeding your plant with Grow Big for ten weeks and continue the Tiger Bloom instead. It is the stage where your plant is already on its vegetative growth peaks. At the same time, Tiger Bloom will be applied until you start harvesting. The measurements will vary depending on the week’s applications, so follow the instructions carefully.

There are other latest features formulas of Fox Farm that you can apply along with the Trio. These are Flower Kiss, Boomerang, Kangaroots, Wholly Mackerel, Kelp Me Kelp You, Bembe, Open Sesame, Beastie Bloomz and Cha-Ching. Applying all of these aside from the Trio will make your plant even healthier, but it isn’t cost-effective.

Using Fox Farm Trio will be enough for your plant to have adequate nutrients, while the rest are just optional as many growers have already tried them.
